Job Overview


Fine Tune is looking for a Client Support & Data Analyst professional for our account management operations. This position will interact with our clients and their waste services providers and analyze expense spend data to identify trends, audit discrepancies, answer questions, and ensure the accuracy of projections and results. Working knowledge of common waste services operations and strong critical thinking skills are a must. This fully remote role requires US residency.

Responsibilities and Duties

 
  • Communications with clients and their service providers
  • Maintain accuracy of our proprietary software eMOAT℠
  • Interpreting data & analyzing monthly expense reporting
  • Audit clients’ supplier invoices to ensure contract compliance
  • Communicate non-compliance to suppliers and follow up until resolution
  • Identify and execute new optimization opportunities from the data
  • Track & maintain credits, tasks, and other items in our CRM and other systems
  • Conduct data gathering for clients during the implementation phase to include completing the program assessment tool
  • Retrieval of supplier invoices
  • Manage supplier contract notifications
  • Support RFP processes
  • Perform Help Desk duties as needed

Qualifications

 
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience with a proven track record
  • 5+ years of intermediate-level Excel experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work remotely in a space free from distractions
  • Accountable to yourself and your teammates
