Job Overview
Fine Tune is seeking a high-performing and highly motivated National Account Executive; a business development professional with a broad business sense, a strategic mind, and a hunter mentality. Companies across the country partner with Fine Tune to step into their most overlooked, complex indirect expense categories and manage them with expertise, and care.
As a National Account Executive, you’ll be one of the first touchpoints on that journey. You’ll help organizations uncover and navigate the complexities of these expenses where they’re being overcharged or underserved. You’ll work alongside our internal teams to turn prospects into customers and expand relationships across both midmarket and enterprise sized accounts. Responsibilities and Duties
Prospect and generate qualified opportunities through calls, emails, and social media.
Collaborate with Sales Support and Marketing on personalized outreach campaigns targeting multiple stakeholders.
Deliver a world-class experience in every prospect and client interaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand into new markets, and support new service line development.
Educate prospective clients on Fine Tune’s solutions and uncover pain points to address.
Partner with Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to uncover needs and drive incremental revenue.
Develop tailored strategies for upselling and cross-selling within existing clients.
Maintain accurate CRM records by auditing and updating contact information, engagement history, and opportunity status.
Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage workflows, and provide pipeline visibility for the organization.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field (or) 1-2+ years of B2B sales experience in a complex industry
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales KPI goals, expanding market share, and achieving revenue targets
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
A great attitude and love for interdependent team collaboration
A natural curiosity and growth mindset, always looking to improve
Proficiency with the latest sales technology tools (e.g., D365 CRM, Microsoft suite of products, Apollo, etc.) preferred

This is a remote position, with the option to work at our Chicago office full time or hybrid.
Base salary offered ranges from $65,000-$75,000 annually based on experience, with the opportunity to earn commission on new and expansion opportunities - realistically more than doubling your income in 3–4 years—so hunters with a strategic, team-oriented mindset can turn effort into exceptional rewards.
